The Order Management section of our Help Center is available to you 24/7 allowing you to cancel orders, check delivery status, and locate tracking numbers without waiting for a customer service agent.  You will login into our order management portal to locate your order(s).

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Domestic US Orders - Fulfillment Window: 

Fulfillment occurs 24-48 hours after full payment received; weekdays Monday through Friday between 5AM and 1PM USA Eastern Time. 

Check to see if your order is in the fulfillment window first before logging back into your order to attempt making a change. We are not able to revoke the order, once it is processing and handed off to the carrier.  You will need to wait to receive the order before requesting a return authorization.


International Orders - Fulfillment Window: 

Fulfillment occurs within 72 hours after full payment received; weekdays Monday through Thursday between 5AM and 1PM Beijing time.  

Check to see if your order is in the fulfillment window first before logging back into your order to attempt making a change. Email us immediately if you are unable to make the change within the fulfillment window.  We make no guarantees, given international time differences involved, in association with Beijing's fulfillment deadline.  We are not able to revoke the order, once it is processing and handed off to the carrier.
