The following pen and pencil parts undergo wear and tear over the life of the product. They are not under warranty for free replacement unless you received a damaged new product in box at the time of delivery.

Anodized aluminum and poly coated materials are manufactured by unit and by lot. Meaning each individual pen (unit) receives "whole body" coating. The barrel, the cone, and certain replacement parts (e.g., clip, clip screws, bolt shaft) are processed at the same time to ensure an even, balanced appearance. Thousands of units are produced at the same time under the same conditions (lot). Similar to other industries that use dyes and pigment, there may be slight differences in color from lot to lot. We cannot guarantee that colored replacements will match your existing pen/pencil.
